Toronto Reading And Writing Tutor offers tutoring from professional, certified, experienced teachers and tutors who are dedicated to helping students meet their educational and learning goals in a safe and supportive environment.

We believe that all students can reach their full potential and become confident learners. We specialize in helping children and young adults improve their reading, spelling and writing skills, including students who have learning disabilities such as dyslexia, dysgraphia and dyscalculia.

In our instruction, we use a wide variety of resources that are carefully selected based on assessment and the individual needs and strengths of each learner. We believe in being culturally-responsive at all times, and we use a wide variety of evidence-based programs and resources in our sessions in order to maximize student engagement and learning.

We also offer general tutoring assistance with homework and class assignments, as well as support to help strengthen executive functioning skills including organization and time management.
